The following seven new result descriptions will give you more transparency on status results: Verified – DOT forms have been provided to the client | Review Required – DOT forms have been provided to the client | Review Required – Position not DOT regulated | Unable to Complete – No DOT consent received | Unable to Complete – No response from employer | Unable to Complete – Closed per clients request | Other – Please describe below.
