As of Monday, April 25, 2022 at 7:00 a.m. ET, we are currently investigating reports of a Canadian Criminal Record Checks (CCRC) service disruption, with regards to Canada Post identity verification. Candidates are able to complete the Canada Post identity verification process, but results will be delayed. We are in communication with our Canada Post provider, who is actively working to resolve.
