The Department of Justice (DOJ) National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW) continues to be intermittently available due to data source issues with multiple states. As a result, ongoing service turnaround time delays are impacting Sterling as well as other Consumer Reporting Agencies using the NSOPW.
