As Hurricane Delta makes landfall on Friday, October 9, 2020 with possible impact to the state of Louisiana, criminal and verification searches with external dependencies may experience delays. There may also be patient service center (PSC) closures or delays in storm-affected areas, and we recommend that candidates and employees call their chosen collection site to verify hours of operation. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

In observance of Columbus Day | Indigenous Peoples’ Day, many U.S. courthouses, some schools in session, and government businesses will close on Monday, October 12, 2020. As a result:
- A 24 to 48 hour delay following the holiday is anticipated for criminal and verification processes requiring research with courthouses, schools in session, and closed businesses. While federal offices will be closed, please note most school districts will not be observing the holiday.
- Quest, LabCorp, eScreen, eScreen managed sites, and patient service centers (PSCs) will remain open. As always, we recommend that candidates and employees call their chosen collection site to verify hours of operation.
