An Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage caused Sterling system and service issues on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 2:50 p.m. ET to 5:49 p.m. ET. Please note the outage is now fully resolved. During the outage, clients and candidates were unable to log into their Sterling accounts, impacting order submission.

While the underlying issue has been resolved by AWS, you may continue to experience intermittent issues over the next hour as services continue to recover. If login is unsuccessful, we encourage you to re-attempt.
