We anticipate fulfillment turnaround times will be returned to normal by end of business, Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Previously, we had communicated that criminal records for the Michigan statewide and these 47 Michigan counties became unavailable due to an issue with their court record system on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
