Starting July 1, 2021, the states of Pennsylvania, Wyoming, Nebraska and Oregon will increase the fee for driver record searches. Please note:
- Pennsylvania – The fee for a PennDOT driver record will increase to $14.00 as of July 1, 2021.This increase is in alignment with Act 89 – 2013 (the Transportation Bill) which allows for an automatic fee adjustment for a driver record based off the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
- Wyoming – The fee for a driver record in Wyoming will increase to $10.00 as of July 1, 2021.This increase is in alignment with House Bill No. HB0254.
- Nebraska – The fee for a driver record in Nebraska will increase to $7.50 as of July 1, 2021.This increase is in alignment with Legislative Bill 106.
- Oregon – The fee for a driver record in Oregon will increase to $13.17 as of July 1, 2021. This fee increase is recalculated every two years by the state based on fair market value of the driving records.
