The system issue that caused service delays at Concentra drug and occupational health locations yesterday is now resolved. Locations are currently conducting services using normal electronic processes. Please anticipate continued delays in results as they process the backlog of services over the next 24 hours.
On Monday, March 10, 2025, we communicated that Concentra, one of our drug and occupational health providers, experienced an issue with their internal system that prevented them from providing some screening services and returning screening results using their usual electronic processes. This issue resulted in some scheduled applicants being turned away and a delay in processing screening results.
