One of our drug and occupational health providers, Concentra, is experiencing an issue with their internal system today, Monday, March 10, 2025. The issue is preventing them from providing screening services to applicant and employees who are scheduled at their locations using their usual electronic processes and from sending results to First Advantage for completed screening services. There is no current ETA for resolution. They are working to resolve the issue quickly.
While Concentra sites should have contingency plans to complete services on paper, some locations may be turning patients away. Please note that these applicants may require rescheduling to complete their screening. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
