Hurricane Francine made its landfall along the US Gulf Coast this evening, Wednesday, September 11, 2024, impacting Louisiana and Mississippi with possible additional impact forecasted in Southern Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. These areas are at high risk for tornadoes and currently are experiencing dangerous travel conditions, widespread flooding, and power failure. As a result, criminal, civil and verification searches with external dependencies may experience delays. U.S. identity support sites in the impacted areas may be closed – users may experience higher than normal wait times at nearby locations outside of the storm impact areas. Drug and health testing may be delayed as clinic sites and laboratories in the impacted areas may be closed until conditions are safe. Additionally, specimen transit times are expected to be impacted due to flight delays and cancellations. We recommend that candidates and employees call their chosen clinic site to verify hours of operation before visiting. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.
