As of Tuesday, February 4, 2025, the Purge functionality for Form I-9s – that help you manage removal of Form I-9s that have reached the USCIS retention period – is not working properly. You can still process Termination Date updates, but the purge or “delete” feature is not operational at this time. We will be removing the “Delete” button from the our Form I-9 “Term and Purge” page until the service can be restored. We are actively working to resolve, and will share updates as they become available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
