Starting Monday, October 16, 2023, criminal and civil record data for the Kansas Judicial Branch is unavailable due to a technical issue with the information system. The issue, which affects all Consumer Reporting Agencies, is impacting availability of court records for all of Kansas except Johnson County. At this time, there is no ETA for restoration of record access and no alternate option for record access is available. Our teams are monitoring the source in order to reinstate fulfillment as quickly as possible.
