While the National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW) source continues to experience intermittent availability due to data source issues, during non-business hours the website has been sufficiently available to allow processing of our search backlog. With current availability, processing of NSOPW searches is estimated to be returned to normal turnaround times by end of business, Monday, August 5, 2024. On Monday, July 29, 2024, we communicated that the NSOPW was experiencing ongoing intermittent availability due to data source issues with multiple states. As a result, NSOPW search fulfillment was delayed with a significant backlog.
