Washington State Department of Licensing has completed the maintenance of their Motor Vehicle Record system and access to MVR records is restored. The backlog of searches is expected to be cleared and turnaround times returned to business as usual by end of business Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
Previously, we had communicated that the Washington State Department of Licensing was conducting upcoming maintenance on their Motor Vehicle Record system starting Sunday, February 9, 2025 until Tuesday, February 18, 2025. As a result, Washington State MVR searches ordered during the maintenance period were delayed.
