Effective Thursday, July 1, 2021, Michigan will implement new court rules that will remove date of birth (DOB) from court records. Sterling will continue to fulfill searches for all counties in Michigan, but without the DOB to use as an identifier there will be an impact on turnaround time and hit rates and possibly other changes as this rule is rolled out.
