The Social Security Administration (SSA) is conducting upcoming system maintenance on its Consent Based Social Security Number Verification (CBSV) service. CBSV records will be unavailable for two weeks starting Friday, December 13, 2024 at 9:00 p.m. ET until Monday, December 30, 2024 at 6:00 a.m. ET. As a result, CBSV services ordered during the maintenance period will be delayed until the system is restored.
