eScreen drug and health service access now restored
Starting at 11:30 a.m. ET on Monday, June 13, 2022, electronic drug and health testing registration through eScreen was temporarily disabled due to system issues at eScreen, resulting in the inability for you and your candidates to register services with this provider. Additionally, clinics performing services were expected to be impacted as well, causing delays in completing registered eScreen services. As of 3:20 p.m. ET, Monday June 13, 2022, eScreen has resolved the system issues; the ability to register tests has been restored and clinics are able to conduct services as usual.
Any registrations that were incomplete when the registration integration was disabled will be manually re-registered by Sterling’s Operations team. If you attempted to register your candidate or employee for services, but were unable to do so in our system, please re-register them at your earliest convenience. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Department of Justice National Sex Offender Public Website now available
The Department of Justice National Sex Offender Public Website became unavailable on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 due to state-source outages of the Puerto Rico and Oregon sex offender websites. As of Thursday, June 9, 2022, the National Sex Offender Public Website online source has been restored, and fulfillment is expected to return to normal turnaround times by end of business, Monday, June 13, 2022.
