Missouri statewide criminal searches are available

Missouri statewide criminal searches became unavailable on Friday, December 4, 2020, and the system issue was resolved on Friday, December 11, 2020. While fulfillment has resumed, we expect to receive results slower than the current turnaround time of seven to 10 business days as the state of Missouri is experiencing delays. Thank you for your patience.

Service Advisory: Upcoming holidays to impact criminal searches, verifications, and D&HS services

In observance of upcoming holidays (including Christmas on Friday, December 25, 2020; and New Years Day, Friday, January 1, 2021), most U.S. courthouses, schools in session, and many businesses will close. As a result, please note:

  • Criminal searches and verifications with external dependencies are expected to be delayed by 24 to 48 hours. Education verifications may be delayed up to two weeks due to school closures.
  • Patient Service Centers (PSC) for Quest/LabCorp maybe close in observance of the holidays. eScreen managed collection site availability will vary, and we recommend that candidates and employees should reach out to the site prior to testing to confirm hours of operation.
  • Unobserved at-home Covid-19 saliva testing is unavailable on Christmas and New Year’s Day to align with the FedEx holiday schedule. We don’t anticipate extended turnaround times for testing during the holidays (Covid-19 test results will still report within 24-48 hours of specimen receipt at the lab).
    • Specimens shipped Thursday, December 24, 2020 will be delivered Saturday, December 26, 2020.
    • Specimens shipped Thursday, December 31, 2020 will be delivered Saturday, January 2, 2021.
  • The hours of operation for a candidate to receive observed active at-home Covid-19 saliva testing via Zoom video call will be 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 24, 2020; Friday, December 25, 2020; Thursday, December 31, 2020; and Friday, January 1, 2021. Testing kits received after the stated cutoff time will not begin processing until the following day, which may impact result delivery. Please reference the UPS holiday schedule for shipping impact.
    • Thursday, December 24, 2020 and Thursday, December 31, 2020: All kits need to arrive at the lab before 5:00 p.m. ET.
    • Friday, December 25, 2020 and Friday, January 1, 2021: All kits need to arrive at the lab before 3:00 p.m. ET.
