Since Monday, October 9, 2023, we have been experiencing intermittent access issues with the South Carolina criminal and civil record source resulting in turnaround time delays. On Monday, October 16, 2023, public record access for South Carolina became unavailable. We are actively working to restore online connectivity. In the meantime, we have secured alternate fulfillment options for 20 South Carolina counties and are working to establish alternate options for other counties to resume fulfillment as quickly as possible. Please anticipate continued turnaround time delays for South Carolina searches until online access is restored. We will continue to keep you updated as new information becomes available. Starting Monday, October 16, 2023, criminal and civil record data for the Kansas Judicial Branch is unavailable due to a technical issue with the information system. The issue, which affects all Consumer Reporting Agencies, is impacting availability of court records for all of Kansas except Johnson County. At this time, there is no ETA for restoration of record access and no alternate option for record access is available. Our teams are monitoring the source in order to reinstate fulfillment as quickly as possible.
Please note: Criminal and civil record data for Johnson County, KS (including part of Kansas City) remains available as this jurisdiction is not in the Kansas Judicial Branch system.
